The Montane Marketing Graphic Designer will be responsible for the visual representation and design delivery of all branded marketing content. They will work within the marketing team and support the concept to consumer process, initiating early campaign concepts through to delivering the in-season assets and collateral. They’ll be the visual brand guardian, protecting the brands design delivery consistency, whilst ensuring tools and templates are up-to-date and accessible for internal and global teams.


You should have an adaptive design portfolio across digital, print and brand design. You will have experience of creating brand and campaign content, understanding brand voice and guidelines and how to adapt and position this for the appropriate channel and message. You are proficient in InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop software and have some experience with UX for web-based content. You are great at building and maintaining relationships with exceptional communication skills. You work well in a team and have the ability to negotiate. You are highly organised and have a keen eye for detail. An interest in outdoor activity is desirable.


  • Ownership of the Montane brand standards, design templates and governance around our internal and external visual representation of the brand.
  • Deliver creative concepting for seasonal themes, campaigns, events, and product launches.
  • Responsible for design execution across a multitude of deliverables to deliver clear, compelling, and consistent Montane content throughout the consumer buying journey.
  • Designing marketing collateral in a wide range of formats, both for digital and print. This can include retail windows, social ads, workbooks, web content, supporting assets for emails, re-sizing print adverts, animation and more.
  • Daily management of design elements, and assets to enable access by marketing, digital and international teams.
  • Supporting the product design team with seasonal product design ideas such as t-shirts and multifunctional headwear graphical designs.
