Montane strives to produce the highest performing, longest-lasting outdoor clothing and equipment possible. Extending the lifetime of the product effectively diminishes the impacts associated with production by sharing them over more years and cutting down on landfill in the process.

Backed by our extensive design and manufacturing experience our In-house repair team help extend the lifetime of your product with a variety of repairs which include; patch and panel repair, stitching repairs, seam re-taping and zip slider repair.

  • We will always aim to repair items with identical, or similar, materials and restore them to their original performance levels.
  • If your Montane item is damaged in any way please get in touch we should be able to advise on the repair options available and their specific costs.
  • We will always try our best to repair a Montane product however there are some instances when a product is beyond repair, please bear this in mind.
  • Repairs are usually processed within 10 working days of receipt once the item is received, peak periods which extend handling times to 15 working days are in November and December.

Please note this service is only available in the UK. We are unable to offer this service to customers outside of the UK and apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Once you submit the form below our staff will assess the request. Repair requests are usually assessed within a 5 working day period. Our customer service team will contact you if the repair team require further info.

Garment repairs are usually processed and repaired within 10 working days of receipt. Our staff are working in socially distanced conditions which are impacting turnaround times please allow an extra 5 working days. We thank you for your patience and understanding at this time.

Please note we are only able to process repairs in a clean and washed condition. If your item is accepted for repair, please ensure the item is washed before returning it to us.
