    Montane Phase Lite Waterproof Cap

    First class waterproof hat.

    I specifically bought this hat to cover my spectacles while taking photographs in rainy conditions. It that respect the peak could be a bit longer, but that is a very personal need.

    I would add that having this hat in black colour would have been an advantage as well for me.

    Montane Phase Lite Waterproof Cap

    Tired of being put off going for my morning run because of the weather, I decided to give myself no reason not to venture into the frequent wind and rain. I purchased a lightweight running jacket and also this waterproof cap. I'm not historically associated with caps whilst running but after wearing this, I questioned why I'd not done this before. Firstly, the cap fits nicely on my head. The tightness can be adjusted with a toggle at the back which is handy when the wind is doing its utmost to wrench it off. Secondly, the peak does a cracking job of keeping the driven rain off my face. I haven't worn this in warmer temperatures yet so I can't comment if this will result in getting too warm but it's definitely working for me in the cooler temperatures.
